Posted November 09, 2018 11:21:14 The game developer behind the Pokemon games has revealed that it’s going to “make a game similar to [Mario] Maker” for the Nintendo Switch, which the company says will be released later this year.
Newegg announced that it would be releasing a new PC build for the PC in October, and a new console build for Nintendo Switch in January, following the launch of the console last week.
However, Pokemon creator Satoshi Tajiri is now promising more details, saying the company is “working on [a] new game with the Nintendo team that we think is going to be very similar, but very different from Mario Maker.”
He’s also said that the game will be developed using Unreal Engine 4.
Nintendo did not respond to a request for comment.

The Nintendo Switch is also launching alongside the new Mario Kart series, and the Nintendo 3DS family of handheld systems in November.
