Posted February 15, 2019 15:03:53 The $1.3 billion Victorian apartment building of Melbourne’s largest residential tower will be the first in Australia to open on Monday, March 4.
The building is being developed by Melbourne developer Fiora Group.
“We have been working on this project for more than two years and I am so excited about the development of this first residential building,” Fioran said.
The 740,000 square metre project is to include a hotel, restaurant, office, residential and retail spaces.
“This is the first apartment building in Melbourne and we believe this will be one of the best residential developments in the region,” Mr Fioron said.
Fioras project, which includes a hotel and restaurants, is being built in Melbourne’s west, west of the CBD and will include a boutique hotel and a shopping centre.
Mr Firona said the project would create 100 jobs.
“Fiora will bring 200 jobs to the region, bringing a boost to the economy, boosting employment and providing an economic boost to Melbourne,” he said.
“Our team is working closely with the Victorian Government to ensure we are in the best position to deliver the project.”
The development, which is located in the city’s west near the city centre, will be about the same size as the current CBD apartments.
It will also include a two-storey hotel, with retail space at the ground floor and hotel and restaurant space at higher levels.
The development will be completed in about six years, with the first apartments to open at the end of 2021.
The apartments will feature a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, four bedroom, four bath, four bathroom unit.
The units will feature standard two-car garages and will feature large kitchens.
The unit prices will range from $5,800 to $7,200 a month.
“The project is unique and will provide more affordable options for Victorians to live, work and play,” Mr Wollenberg said.
Melbourne City Council’s Planning and Development Committee is expected to vote on the development later this month.
Melbourne apartments on the rise in Sydney’s north The CBD is home to around 5.8 million people, but the population is expected rise by almost 1 million people over the next five years, according to the latest census figures.
About 10,000 new apartments have been proposed to be built in the Sydney area since 2016.
The City of Sydney is now considering the development.
Ms Wollheim said there were no plans to develop a new CBD development in the area.
“It’s been a huge project for the city of Melbourne.
We’ve had a very positive response from the community and we’ve had the opportunity to develop this in the City of Melbourne,” she said.
Ms Wright said the community wanted more apartments.
“I think it will be really important that we build a new residential community, that is not just for the rich and the powerful,” she told ABC News Breakfast.
“That’s where we’re going to get people who are able to live in this new community.”
